Talk About It Anyway…

Sometimes it's not about what we want to talk about, but what others need from us.  You may be tired of the same old issues and conversations that arise, but maybe there's something behind that too.  If you adjust your view, you might see that there's actually a reason you resist.  Maybe you're not quite done with the topic yourself, maybe your discomfort signals there's still work to be done.  Still not convinced?  Ok then, maybe it's just a chance for you to share what you've already learned with someone who still really needs to hear it.
