Many of us insist on doing things alone.  We're taught to be independent above all in our society, and not to rely on others for much.  That's a great idea, but is it entirely sustainable?  Ideally, we should try to strike a healthy balance in which we're capable of being independent, yet also readily able to ask & accept help from others.

But nobody's perfect.  We're all learning our way on the journey as we go.  It's important to remember that in the end, we all need each other.  With the support of others, we're able to do much more than we can ever do alone.  

Today & EveryDay:  Remember that it's ok to reach out to someone for help, support, advice, or anything else.  Because together we can do what we can never do alone.
