Frappe – Greek Iced Coffee!

Greek Iced Coffee – frappe or φραπέ

Cold & refreshing; made with Nescafé coffee, sugar, water, and milk…

Here’s how to make it. No blender required.  Just a shaker will do.  OR my preference for that perfect frothy deliciousness is a  milk frother/foam maker

  • 2 teaspoons instant Nescafé coffee
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
  • About 1/3 cup cold water – just enough to cover the coffee/sugar to bring to a nice foamy texture
  • Ice cubes
  • Milk
