Challenge Negative Thoughts…
We want to stick to positive thoughts more often, but somehow the negative ones continue to break through.
If you can get better at identifying your thoughts, you'll be in a better position to challenge the negative thoughts. How to start? As often as possible, ask yourself these questions:
~What thoughts are going through my mind?
~What am I saying to myself?
~What does this mean to me?
~What do I think is going on here?
The more you learn to challenge those unhelpful negative thoughts, the more you'll be able to stay in a positive and happy place. Choose to challenge negativity!
