Greek Iced Coffee – frappe or φραπέ
Cold & refreshing; made with Nescafé coffee, sugar, water, and milk…
Here’s how to make it. No blender required. Just a shaker will do. OR my preference for that perfect frothy deliciousness is a milk frother/foam maker
- 2 teaspoons instant Nescafé coffee
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
- About 1/3 cup cold water – just enough to cover the coffee/sugar to bring to a nice foamy texture
- Ice cubes
- Milk
