It's so much easier to stick to the good habits you've been working on during the weekdays, isn't it?  You have a clear structure of what your weekdays look like, so you're more easily able to stick to your healthy eating, gym routines, drinking more water, taking your vitamins…etc…etc….

But the weekends are so much more fluid.  No structure.  Plus, you feel like you owe it to yourself to relax on the weekends, so you just slack off & more easily slip into bad patterns.

Yes, you're absolutely entitled to take it easier on the weekend.  Just don't go on a total vacation from good habits when the weekend comes.  Everything in moderation.  

Adjust the rules for the weekend.  Loosen up a bit, and allow for some flexibility.  But always remember your end goals & you'll eventually stay on track more effortlessly.
