How To Think Less…
When the mind is busy & occupied, there's no time to worry or be consumed by all the thoughts that tend to wear you down throughout the day. The active mind keeps you grounded in the present moment. The still mind does that as well oddly, but only when you're actively focusing & meditating to push other thoughts away.
Make a commitment to stop uselessly obsessing about things you know you shouldn't be thinking about. Next time those thoughts pop in, find a task or activity you can engage in that will shift your focus. Once that ends, find another thing to focus on. If nothing else, you might start to get incredibly productive! 🙂
