Give Yourself to Others…

Being stingy doesn't always have to do with money.  We can be stingy with our emotions too, which can often be a lot worse.

You can't hold onto your thoughts & feelings as if they're a rare commodity to be sold only to the top bidder.  Everyone is worthy of receiving what you have to give.

If you find yourself holding on tightly to emotions, stop & ask yourself what you hope to achieve by doing so.  

Don't be so greedy.  Give Yourself to Others.
