Sleep In Bed…

We generally get into bed at night with the purpose of going to sleep.  But too often we find ourselves thinking, worrying, planning, and allowing our minds to run wild just when we need to wind down.

There's plenty of other times in your day – no matter how busy you are – to do all of those things & more.  When you're in bed, you need to prepare yourself to relax, rejuvenate, & restore your body & mind for the next day.

When you get in bed tonight, remind yourself that you'll get to all the other stuff in the morning.  It can wait.  It's waited this long, after all.  Sleep In Bed.
