If our intention is to be honest with others, we must be thoughtful about how we do it. 

You can't just blurt something out & expect it to be received well.  In fact, even when you do choose your words carefully, you still can't be certain of the outcome.

But how it's received is beyond your control anyway.  Make your effort to think about what you want to say & how to say it.  Be Thoughtful.
