We're always so eager to share all our silly thoughts & witty comments on Facebook or Twitter.  

Truly sharing with others face-to-face is usually not as easy.  Still, it's important that you do learn to share some of your deep thoughts & true feelings with others in 'real life'.

There's always the fear of being vulnerable in front of others when you share.  But so what?  Be More Eager to Share.
