Flex All Your Muscles…
We all know how the exercise routine goes: Start with a warm up & stretch out to get going, get your heart & body moving with some cardio, weights, etc….cool down & rest in the end….something like that, right?
Well, just like your body needs it, so does your mind & spirit too. When muscles are not used, they weaken. If you don't use all your muscles, they will decay.
