How To Be Happy…
No one can tell you exactly how to be happy. But you can learn how to avoid being unhappy. As you go through your day, your mind is filled with lots of thoughts, some positive & some negative. If you leave those thoughts unchecked, it's likely one negative thought will lead to the next, and suddenly & seemingly unexplainably, you find yourself upset & stressed out.
The effect of the negative thinking is always stress. But you can change the situation with one simple positive thought. And then another.
Today & EveryDay: Remember that no matter how much stress you may have created for yourself, you can always turn it around. It's as easy as putting one foot in front of the other & walking down the street. Just put one good thought forward & then another. Now you're getting to happy!
