How to Make Time for You…
Your spiritual practices help you clear your mind. And don't we all need that in our busy world of to-do lists and cluttered & chaotic clusters of thoughts?
But often we don't want to invest the time, or we're not sure if we have the time, or we don't know if making the time will be worth the time.
Hmmm….I invite you to re-consider this if this sounds like you. Sticking to a spiritual practice of your own can be an incredibly grounding tool in your life. And by spiritual practice, that can mean many different things: spending time thinking, reflecting, praying, daydreaming, meditating, doing yoga, dancing, taking long drives alone with your music…
