How to Start Your Week…
Last week you promised yourself you'd do all the things on your to-do list. You also said you'd get around to that other thing you've been avoiding. And you also said you'd eat better, drink less, exercise more, etc….etc….
By the time you've gotten to this week, which came all too quickly, you realize that you did none of those things at all. And now, you're overwhelmed & feeling at a loss.
