NYC FINDS: Message Bill de Blasio!

NYC elected a new mayor on Tuesday.  Whether you're for or against the new guy, you've probably already managed to have a few ideas and opinions about him.  Your opinions may be quite strong one way or the other, because ultimately, as a New Yorker, you really just want the best for your city.  If only you could share those thoughts with the new guy!  Well, here's an idea:
