Open Up & Let Them In!

Sometimes we find ourselves in a rut, and all we really need is for someone to lend an ear, perhaps even offer some advice.

But instead of sharing with others, we do the opposite & let it all fester in our minds.  Maybe we don't want to admit we need help, maybe we don't want to burden anyone, or maybe we even fear being judged by others. 

Today & EveryDay:  Remind yourself that everyone has their difficult moments, and it's ok to open up and let people in!
