What’s the 21-Day Rule?
It's a simple rule: 21-Days to Make or Break a Habit. Yet, it's amazing how few people have heard about this remarkable rule!
Nothing in life is ever that easy, of course. And changing a habit isn't always that simple. BUT, it's truly a wonderful starting point that can get you on your path. Because once you've been able to keep doing OR not doing something for at least 21 days, it becomes Habit & Routine. And that's exactly the point you need to get to, so that the new habit starts to feel more natural.
Now, the hard part is just pushing yourself to stick to it EveryDay for 21-days. Can you do it? Put yourself to the test with something small to start:
~Drink 8 glasses of water EveryDay for 21 Days
~Meditate for 5-minutes EveryDay for 21 Days
~Make a list of what you're Grateful for EveryDay for 21 Days
If these simple goals work after 21 Days, then maybe you can try it for something that's truly a more serious goal you have for yourself.
