Focus on Blessings…

EveryDay we find ourselves spending time focusing on what's wrong or what's right.  Most often our minds tend to concentrate on what's wrong, as it's somehow easier to notice the bad stuff.

But there's something you forget to focus on — Who has the power here?  YOU.  You have the power to reduce the amount of time you spend focused on what's wrong & spend time appreciating what's right instead.  

This simple shift in your thinking EveryDay will make a world of difference.  And all it takes is a bit of practice & repetition.

Today & EveryDay:  As negative thoughts creep into your mind, focus on letting them pass & replace them with thoughts of all the blessings you already have.  Let Go & Replace.  Repeat Daily.  Focus on Blessings.
