How To Take Control of Your Day….

EveryDay we manage to engage in at least one activity that annoys us, something we wish we could stop doing.  But we're convinced it's something we can't control.  

Maybe you're always late for work.  Maybe you are consistently over-indulging on junk food.  Maybe you're obsessively shopping for things you don't need.  Maybe you're ignoring all your chores.  Maybe all of these things & more!

Remember that you do have control.  And remember that there is always a choice.  Do what seems hard (though it really isn't), and put yourself to a challenge EveryDay to do at least one thing differently than you normally would.
