Take Out the Trash…

A good night's sleep makes you feel good, right?  Refreshed, restored, renewed, and ready to start again!  According to this article in the NYT today, that's because while you're asleep, your brain is emptying out the inbox from the day — taking out your mental trash.  

Our brains are collecting a lot of trash throughout the day, and we need to clear space for the next day. Get your sleep.  Clean up so you can start fresh each day.  Take out the trash!
