The Year That Will Be…

The turn of the year often gives us pause.  We may reflect on the year that's passed.  We may look forward and wonder about what's to come.

Pausing in this way is important.  We need to stop and review now & then where we've been and where we're going.  But we also need to be very mindful of where our mind goes in these moments.

Does your mind tend to focus a great deal on the negatives?  Are you stuck on all you didn't do and how your life isn't where you'd hoped it would be?  If so, you may want to reflect on that…

It may be time to set a new focus.  Stop paying attention to the negative.  And pull back to the positive.  Embrace where you are now & the knowledge you've come to in the year that's passed.  Move forward with confidence and faith to the year that will be.

Happy New Year!
